Melon, mozzarella and cured ham brochettes

Preparation
  1. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
  2. Use a melon spoon to scoop out the flesh in balls and then set to one side.
  3. Keep the empty half-melon shells for serving the brochettes.
  4. Place a melon ball on a cocktail pick, followed by half a folded slice of ham, a mozzarella ball and finish with another melon ball.
  5. Push the brochettes into the skin side of one of the empty half-melon shells.
  6. Arrange the brochettes evenly and chill until ready to serve.

  • Several slices of cured ham
