Recipe Red berry tiramisu

Ingredients :

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 12 sponge fingers (or more according to the size of the dish)
  • 450 g frozen red berries
  • 2 cuillères à café tsp blackcurrant liqueur

Preparation :

  • Defrost the red berries in a strainer over a mixing bowl.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until the sugar dissolves and the mixture whitens.
  • Add the mascarpone to this mixture.
  • Beat the eggs to stiff peaks and then delicately fold in the mascarpone mixture.
  • Mix the melted red berry juice with the blackcurrant liqueur (more or less to taste).
  • Dip the sponge fingers in this mixture and use them to line the bottom of a serving dish or individual verrines.
  • Then add a layer of the mascarpone mixture and top it with the red berry mixture.
  • Repeat the operation until you reach the top of the dish, then garnish with the defrosted red berries.
