Exotic fruit salad

Preparation
  1. Peel the bananas and kiwis. Cut them into thin slices.
  2. Peel and dice the pineapple.
  3. Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems and cut into quarters.
  4. Place the cut fruit in a salad bowl with the sugar and fruit juice.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 3 bananas
  • 5 kiwis
  • 1 fresh pineapple or tinned pineapple
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp pink grapefruit juice
