Ingredients :
- 250 g shortcrust (or puff) pastry
- 150 g flaked almonds
- 150 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 20 g honey
- 1/2 litre liquid cream
Preparation :
- Roll the pastry out onto a baking sheet. Cook the pastry shell for 15 minutes in the middle shelf of the oven preheated to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Place the sugar, butter, honey and cream in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
- Add the flaked almonds, fill the pastry shell with the mixture, and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for another 20 minutes until the top is caramelized.
- Cool and serve.
