Recipe Almond and honey tart

Ingredients :

  • 250 g shortcrust (or puff) pastry
  • 150 g flaked almonds
  • 150 g sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 20 g honey
  • 1/2 litre liquid cream

Preparation :

  • Roll the pastry out onto a baking sheet. Cook the pastry shell for 15 minutes in the middle shelf of the oven preheated to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  • Place the sugar, butter, honey and cream in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  • Add the flaked almonds, fill the pastry shell with the mixture, and bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for another 20 minutes until the top is caramelized.
  • Cool and serve.
