Goat’s cheese and apple compote gratin

Preparation
  1. Butter a small ramequin, then spread apple compote on the bottom.
  2. Place small pieces of the goat’s cheese on top of the compote, add a knob of butter and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated gruyere.
  3. Cook in the oven at 220°C for 20 minutes.
