Ingredients :
- 2 small apples
- 120 g smoked duck breast (sliced)
- 3 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- pepper
- 50 g grated gruyère
- 100 ml milk
Preparation :
- Peel and core the apples then dice.
- Remove the fat from the smoked duck breast slices and cut into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°C, thermostat 6.
- In a terrine dish, beat the eggs then gradually add the flour and baking powder, then the milk. Add the apple, grated gruyère and duck, and season with pepper. Mix well.
- Grease and flour a loaf tin. Pour in the mixture, place the tin in the middle of the oven to cook for approximately 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from cake tin and allow to cool.
