CRUZ Tawny

CRUZ Tawny is a Red Port with red berry notes that perfectly accompanies dried fruits, duck and melon.


Recipe Duck breast and apple savoury loaf

People : 6 Preparation :15 min Cooking time :30 min

Ingredients :

  • 2 small apples
  • 120 g smoked duck breast (sliced)
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • pepper
  • 50 g grated gruyère
  • 100 ml milk

Preparation :

  • Peel and core the apples then dice.
  • Remove the fat from the smoked duck breast slices and cut into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 180°C, thermostat 6.
  • In a terrine dish, beat the eggs then gradually add the flour and baking powder, then the milk. Add the apple, grated gruyère and duck, and season with pepper. Mix well.
  • Grease and flour a loaf tin. Pour in the mixture, place the tin in the middle of the oven to cook for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Once cooked, remove from cake tin and allow to cool.
