CRUZ White is a White Port with citrus notes. It may be enjoyed on the rocks or as part of a cocktail, and is the perfect accompaniment for almonds, fish and citrus fruits.

Ingredients :
- 8 cl CRUZ White port
- 1 slice of ginger
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- tonic
Preparation :
- Place 1 slice of ginger and 1 cl of CRUZ White port into a long drink glass then fill with ice. Pour in 7 cl of CRUZ White port, add a sprig of rosemary and top with tonic.
- Mix and serve.
