CRUZ White is a White Port with citrus notes. It may be enjoyed on the rocks or as part of a cocktail, and is the perfect accompaniment for almonds, fish and citrus fruits.

Recipe Tuna tartare

Ingredients :

  • 500 g of red tuna fillet
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp premium olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • chives
  • parsley
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • salt, pepper

Preparation :

  • In a salad bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, citrus juice and herbs together. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the tuna fillet into small cubes with a very sharp (non-serrated) knife, then mix them with the sauce in the salad bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into a small 2 cm cylinder on each plate. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • To serve, top each tartare with an egg yolk and 1 tbsp of capers.
  • Serve with a green salad such as lamb's lettuce or rocket.
