Ingredients :
- 1 melon
- bite-sized mozzarella balls
- a few slices of cured ham
Preparation :
- Slice the melon in two and remove the seeds.
- Ball the melon using a melon baller and reserve.
- Reserve the two empty melon skins to use as presentation domes for the brochettes.
- Place a melon ball, half of a slice of shredded cured ham, a mozzarella bite and a second melon ball on each cocktail pick.
- Prick the brochettes into the surface of one of the empty melon skin domes.
- Once the brochettes are harmoniously arranged, chill the domes in the refrigerator until serving time.
