Ingredients :
- 4 peppers of your choice of colour
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A few sprigs of chives, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper
- 10 slices of smoked duck breast
- 20 small cocktail picks, to serve
Preparation :
- Preheat the broiler on the oven or heat the barbecue. Cut and seed the peppers lengthwise into five slices.
- Mix the feta with the natural yoghurt and add the olive oil to obtain a soft, smooth texture. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper.
- Distribute the feta cream among the pepper strips and roll each one in half a slice of smoked duck breast.
- Place a cocktail pick in each piece and broil in the oven or on the barbecue for approximately 10 minutes. Sprinkle a few chives over the tapas and serve immediately.
