Ingredients :
- 1 individual serving of apple sauce
- 1 small fresh goat's cheese
- grated "gruyère" (or Swiss cheese)
- butter
- salt, pepper
Preparation :
- Grease a small ramekin with butter and then spread the apple sauce along the bottom.
- Place small pieces of the goat's cheese on top of the apple sauce, add a knob of butter, season with salt and pepper, and top with grated gruyère.
- Bake at 220 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
