CRUZ Special Reserve is a Red Port with an incomparably fruity flavour which perfectly accompanies foie gras, cheeses and fruits.


Recipe Goat's cheese and apple sauce gratin

People : 1 Preparation :5 min Cooking time :20 min

Ingredients :

  • 1 individual serving of apple sauce
  • 1 small fresh goat's cheese
  • grated "gruyère" (or Swiss cheese)
  • butter
  • salt, pepper

Preparation :

  • Grease a small ramekin with butter and then spread the apple sauce along the bottom.
  • Place small pieces of the goat's cheese on top of the apple sauce, add a knob of butter, season with salt and pepper, and top with grated gruyère.
  • Bake at 220 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
