CRUZ Vintages are vintage Ports with unique bouquets which perfectly accompany poultry, cheeses and chocolate.


Recipe Chocolate fondant

People : 8 Preparation :15 min Cooking time :20 min

Ingredients :

  • 200 g baking chocolate
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g castor sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 4 level tbsp flour

Preparation :

  • Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave on the "defrost" setting.
  • When it is melted, add the egg yolks. Beat thoroughly. Then add the castor sugar and flour, and gently fold in the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.
  • Grease and flour a springform cake tin and add the batter.
  • Bake in a medium oven (approximately 180°C) for 20 minutes.
