Ingredients :
- 200 g baking chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 100 g castor sugar
- 5 eggs
- 4 level tbsp flour
Preparation :
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler over low heat or in the microwave on the "defrost" setting.
- When it is melted, add the egg yolks. Beat thoroughly. Then add the castor sugar and flour, and gently fold in the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.
- Grease and flour a springform cake tin and add the batter.
- Bake in a medium oven (approximately 180°C) for 20 minutes.
